Our Commitment
We want you to love MyProteene. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will make it right.
Returns
Return any unopened pouches within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns on opened pouches for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
Email info@myproteene.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@myproteene.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. If your subscription has already renewed, the standard 30-day return window applies to that order. Partial refunds are not available for subscription orders.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
