Free Shipping
All orders ship free — no minimum required. We ship to US addresses only at launch.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or weather events are outside our control.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen billing cycle (every 30 or 90 days). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking for each order.
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at myproteene.com/tracking.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order was lost or arrived damaged, please contact us at info@myproteene.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace or refund your order promptly.
